How to write a Journal ? ✍
“Your Journal is like your best friend, You don't have to pretend with it, you can be honest and write exactly how you feel"
You must have thought about writing journals and articles by sitting along the river and enjoying the chirping of the birds, But this isn't the reality. You must have had plenty of thoughts but to write them on the paper you fell short of words and end up writing some Anglo-Greek-Chinese-Latin English.
In summary….it’s easy to W.R.I.T.E. !

- In this article we would focus on the key points on how to write a journal.Just write, don't worry about the spellings and the grammar stuff. Writing needs a lot of practice and don't think that you can write "The Harry Potter series" in one day. It needs a lot of practice and to begin with it write anything that comes in your mind for the first draft. While in the second draft focus on your spellings and grammar mistakes. In the third one you can make your journal more user-friendly.
- Start your journal with meditation and try focusing on your writing material. Nearly every journal technique benefits from a few minutes of focused quieting. Use visualization, soft music, candles, deep breathing, stretches, whatever works for you. This technique helps in making a person more focused towards it's goal.
- Select a comfortable and cozy place to write a journal. When you’re writing, it is helpful to be in a space where you can focus and concentrate. A quiet room with no distractions works best. Allow yourself to focus on your writing, without any interruptions. Make sure you are able to sit upright and are comfortable. An office or a study room is always great.
- Time yourself and be regular in writing. Set a time for how long you want to write. Somewhere between 5-20 minutes is ideal, depending on how much you want to jot down. Setting a time will help you stay focused and stop you from getting carried away. It is easy to feel like you need to write down every detail and this will help prevent that.
